   Celebrated our Anniversary here. Booked a table for 6.30pm on a Sunday evening. When we arrived the place was packed. Decor was cozy and live piano was lovely. Food was wonderful - highly recommend the Brussel sprouts and mussels for starters. I had the lamb shank (very good) and hubby had the pork chop which was very good but had a sweet sauce on it. The service was lovely. Only issue was that the tables are very close together and unfortunately we sat right next to a couple who were arguing during the first part of our meal. Luckily they finished right around the time our entree arrived and we were able to enjoy that in peace. We also had the yummy crème brûlée dessert. Overall would recommend this place for dinner. If you are looking for a quieter meal suggest booking at 7.30 when it slows down a little, which we will do next time!

   Love this gem hiding in a Novato strip mall! The outside doesn’t come close to matching the elegant dining room, exceptional food and service found inside. The weekend piano player is a definite plus to round off a special evening!

   The shopping center the restaurant is located in is a little tired, but as soon as you walk into the restaurant you are completely transported to old school dining. A really elegant setting. The food was perfectly adequate and the service was quite good. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others. I can’t speak for the drinking part.

   We had dinner for my 79th birthday. They had a special booth set aside with a note saying "Happy Birthday Robert" . Great food, great service and ambiance. We loved everything about this meal.

   One of the most flavorful steaks I have ever had. The service was incredible as well. Thank you for making the birthday celebration memorable! We look forward to coming back.

    The food was very good and the atmosphere is definitely speakeasy. Service was really slow even though there were few patrons. Will definitely go back for the food.
