   Food was excellent, service was brilliant. A little cold in the room, many people keeping their coats on, staff struggled to keep the fire going. Must have gone out 10 times while we were there. Decor slightly tired, could use updating. Overall very nice though, food was delicious!

   What a gem of a place. The Sunday sharing platter was amazing! Staff were warm and welcoming and the service was fantastic! Dog friendly too! Cannot wait for a return visit soon

   We chose 2 courses from the Christmas menu. We had the sharing fondue platter to start, which was amazing and a roast turkey dinner for the main course. The gravy, in particular was super delicious. The portions were large, neither of us could finish the main course. We left completely satisfied and very full.

   Queuing out the door to be seated, finally seated after 20 minutes even though pre booked. Long waits for drinks and food to be served, even witnessed guests leaving after just starters. Food when finally arrives just thrown on the table without asking if you require any condiments, constantly having to ask for drinks to be refilled. Dessert orders taken, to then be told they are sold out, served without any cutlery or napkins.. Unfortunately the first and last time we will be visiting, such a shame..
