   When we were seated I was surprised and disappointed to find it was a carvery only of which there was no indication on the website. For personal reasons, in that I have a neurological problem, I find standing holding a plate and serving myself with different dishes impossible so I avoid carveries. I need my wife to load and carry my plate which is somewhat demeaning for me. My piece of beef was an end piece which was about 30% fat and gristle and separating off the edible meat, performed by my wife, was very difficult. That being said, the remaining meat was quite good, the sticky-toffee pudding was very good, as were all the staff. However, we will not be returning on a Sunday.

   We went to the Station Inn at Marshbrook for the Butchery night. The food was once again outstanding and all the Staff were very attentive.

   AMAZING!!!!! YOU MUST EAT HERE!!!!! As always these guys have done it again, superb food, superb staff, superb service and a great selection of beers. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough. You’ll thank me when you eat there. Sadly I am not drinking for 3 months but they have some good 0% beers. Can’t wait to go back when I’m drinking again Thankyou again

   Superb steak and sides. When some restaurants say they grill a steak, what they mean is they put it in a frying pan under a grill… Not here! Proper grilled with a lovely charred crust, perfectly pink interior with delicious sides and sauce. Finally a proper steak in Shropshire….

   Food was lovely apart from the lamb which was cooked to thick and still raw in the middle was sent back but same again wasn't just rare cooked was raw,the belly pork bites for starters were amazing best I've ever tasted

   I took my grandmother out for lunch and we were very well looked after by the two waitresses. The food was lovely and we had a great time. Thank you all.

    Lovely venue and setting, friendly and efficient staff. Great food cooked perfectly. Complete enjoyable experience and cannot wait to go back.
