The food was good, though I wish there was an alternative steak butter that does not include blue cheese. Possibly garlic butter. Drink order was not good, martini made incorrectly and served in an incorrect glass.

quality of meal was excellent. cost/value of meal was reasonable. excellent service. the speed of food prep was a bit slow; but everything was cooked to perfection. steaks, potatoes, asparagus.. perfect! 2 glasses of wine were good quality but was a bit expensive.. take caution.

We had a wonderful family gathering for seven of us. Food and service were top notch! We were surprised this restaurant is in the Best Western complex. A sign out front would probably increase business even more. We had our son (chef) with us for dinner and he only had great things to say about the food. Well done!👏

We made a reservation and arrived on time but waited an hour until we were served food. The hostess made us feel our patient waiting was an inconvenience for her. The salmon was overcooked though the veggies that came with it were very good. Our steaks were no better than what we cook at home (we are not chefs). For the prices, we expected better quality. I let the server know the salmon was overcooked and we weren’t thrilled. The management offered no compensation and didn’t seem interested in making our experience a positive one. I have no hard feelings about the employees, but it was not a happy place to be. Unfortunately, we won’t be back.

As others have mentioned, a hidden gem. I would return. Mac & Cheese, Steaks, Salmon all excellent. Cocktails not good, but wines were satisfactory.

Have you ever found a spot that was close to home, great food and service, good value, and no crowds? The conflict: this place consistently earns high marks in my book, but part of the charm is no crowds and a very laid back vibe. So the place is truly a hidden gem, but I hope no one reads this review.

This was our first time to The 9900, it was on Thanksgiving, and everything was perfect! For as busy as they were the staff were very accommodating and friendly, the cocktails were timely and fantastic, and the food was also timely and beyond amazing. The steaks and prime rib cooked to perfection. Our server, Seyka, was knowledgeable and attentive and a joy. Heather, the manager, was everywhere providing support for her team and guest service. Can't recommend The 9900 enough. We'll definitely be back!

The food was outstanding as it was the first time we came. The steaks were cooked to perfection and those duck fat fries are the best of both worlds; crunchy outside and pillowy insides. Always recommend to friends for this little hidden gem of a restaurant

This was an exceptionally great restaurant in an unassuming location. Everything we ordered was excellent, and the wait staff was very attentive and charming. I only wish the interior was a little more inviting and kept up with the detail of the platings from the chef. Maybe if the fireplace had been working, it would’ve added something. I don’t mind a retro steakhouse vibe, but the room was lacking decorations to make it more appealing for a date night situation. The yellow glow from the overhead chandeliers don’t provide much light, so perhaps at least candles on the tables would help or a few well placed strands of twinkle lights would work wonders for the ambiance. Getting back to the food, it was definitely 5 star! Beet salad was incredible and our steaks were amazing!
