The Tite is a stunning Cotswolds inn in a picturesque setting, with timeless décor and a welcoming personality.
The glorious garden and restaurant, local seasonal menu and an inviting bar are set in the village of Chadlington.

Our produce is fresh, local and seasonal. Our lagers, ales and ciders are brewed less than a mile away with pure Chadlington spring water, and the used brewing malt provides feed for a local farm, all are gluten free.

We have been awarded Diners choice two months in a row and Tripadvisors Travellers choice 2022.

We had the Sunday roast menu. We arrived around 12:30pm, the restaurant was small and intimate with comfortable chairs and was moderately busy but not loud. Staff were very helpful and explained each dish and where is was sourced from. They were quick and attentive to take our orders and checked with us regularly to make sure we were being looked after. We ordered beef, lamb and chicken. The food was excellent and came with all the trimmings and large bowls of cauliflower and cheese and broccoli. Everything was excellent. The lamb was the favourite with our group. Tite inn is well worth the trip

Wow. What a lovely discovery this pub is. From the moment we walked in the place felt welcoming, with a lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. They have a great selection of drinks, including a rather excellent Japanese Whiskey. The food is delicious, freshly prepared, tasty, decent portions without being overwhelmingly large, I had the stacked burger which was superb, my wife had Scampi, which she said was equally tasty. The staff were super friendly, actually having time to stop for a chat, rather than just serve. Such a refreshing change to find a pub that feels like it puts making you feel welcome top of its list. Definitely one to return to.

Mislead by online menu, which hasn’t been updated. Waited 50 minutes for the roast dinner. Cauliflower cheese was raw and watery and some vegetables that it said it was going to come with didn’t come, including no green. We then ordered three brownies and ice-cream which took over half an hour.

Having booked a table a few days ago, we set off from HOME which is an hour away and we planned on a walk which is two hours to the pub. We just started our walk and we had a phone call from the pub saying the chefs not well and so no chef . We asked if we could have a sandwich and he said yes so we said okay will come and have a sandwich and a drink. It was a two hour walk when we arrived we had a drink and said can we have a sandwich and I said no you can’t have a sandwich. And let me come to pay they wouldn’t accept cash , luckily I did have my card with me, but I don’t always take a credit card with me which is very disappointing.

Lovely pub and service but the food isn’t great when compared to other similar places in the area. Also probably explains why it’s quiet on a Saturday night vs other places that are nearly impossible to get last minute bookings
