    This was an absolutely splendid dining experience! We've been to the Tremont several times in the past, and every time had been magnificent. This most recent visit somehow eclipsed all of our previous visits. The new space inside the Dorchester is stunning. The service, as always, was attentive without being invasive, professional and so welcoming and friendly. Every dish that came out of the kitchen was inspired and just so so so delicious! One of the best meals of the year and we just can't wait to go back again!

    A very stylish space with incredible atmosphere. A fantastic execution of mirroring a Manhattan lobby bar/restaurant. The lighting and service was perfect. The food was exceptional. Can’t wait to go back.

    Collingwood restaurant that transports you to Paris. Recommend date night at one of the high top tables, innovative cocktails and great wine list. Late shareable appetizer list and great plant based options. Knowledgeable and attentive staff without being intrusive. Best new spot in collingwood - well done

    We ordered the hanger steak and chicken supreme and both were extremely good. Service was impeccable. All the little touches and attention to our needs made the experience very memorable.
