The Urban Stillhouse by Horse Soldier Bourbon is a unique entertainment space featuring American cuisine centered around a wood-fired grill, innovative craft cocktails, and bourbon education.

This 16,000 sq. ft restaurant bar and event space is influenced by the Horse Soldier Bourbon team’s historic background and favorite destinations including Kentucky, Montana, Wyoming, Canada, Scotland, and more.

The leather sofas, wood-burning fireplaces, copper stills, and vast bourbon “library” will transport you.

Dress Code:
The official dress code for The Urban Stillhouse is “smart casual”. Gym clothes, beach attire including flip flops, clothing with holes, non-dressy tank tops and ball caps are not appropriate for the elevated experience our patrons have come to expect from us.

The Urban Stillhouse by Horse Soldier is versatile; designed with creativity and customization in mind. We want your event or special day to be perfect. Our 16,000 square-foot facility features three private dining rooms, an outdoor patio, three bars, a large upstairs space, “the library”, as well as the main dining floor. Book the building as a whole or design your event a-la-carte utilizing one or some of the various space options. Our state-of-the-art kitchen can accommodate any catering size and cuisine, as well, our full-service bars allow for creative mixology specific to your event. Most importantly, our professional event team cares about your group’s experience as much as you do and will strive for perfection.

I love this place and just BITE MY lip paying over the top prices and I struggle to hear guests I am dining with and the wait staff because of the noise level. I will continue to come back bringing my wallet and requesting the most quiet area of the restauranct.

We had an excellent experience at The Urban Stillhouse. The ambiance is amazing with the warm, dark, moody, bourbon feel. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable about the history of the restaurant and the menu. They accommodated my gluten free needs with table side bread and several dinner options. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Service (Mack Brothers) were otherworldly. The interest and attention to detail they held showed in their service. Not to mention the phenomenal food and ambience. Request the Mack Brothers and dine here at all costs!

We went for dinner one night during our honeymoon. The braised Wyagu is out of this world, as is the spinach dip. They also have amazing drinks, which I guess you would expect from a distillery but nonetheless they were amazing.

First time and the noise level was extremely high!!! Saturday night, place was full and you could hardly hear yourself talk. But the food we had was wonderful. The chicken liver pate was excellent, and the lamb chops were the best we have ever had. Will definitely go back, but will go on a week night , hopefully it will not be as loud.

Really enjoyed this restaurant. The Ambiance and design elements were outstanding. Food was wonderful and reminded of cuisine with French elements we are accustomed to in Canada.

Absolutely amazing! The food is great, fresh, delicious and creatively prepared. Try the Bison filet, you’ll never go back to beef! the spinach and artichoke dip is ridiculous and the chocolate should he illegal! Horse Solider is my new favorite bourbon. There are also many craft cocktails to choose from. It’s an honor to support some of America’s greatest heroes! Thank you for your service gentlemen ❤️🙏🏻
