   Excellent roast dinners, although the gammon was a little over salty. Really good wine. Friendly service in a very attractive pub

   Outstanding! Service was bang on; drinks arrived promptly, questions about food answered. The only problem was choosing what to order, everything sounded great. We were each delighted with our choices. I can’t wait to go again.

   I had a nice Mother’s Day lunch and the staff were very polite and helpful. However, there weren’t enough staff members for a busy day, so we were left waiting ages to order, receive drinks, and our food was barely warm and seemed like it had been sitting out for a while. It’s a shame as the food was actually very good. I would recommend it, as long as staffing levels are improved.

   We had a really nice time at the Victoria Inn for Sunday lunch with 4 friends . Management and staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. The food is delicious and the portions are good. I'll definitely come back again. My only comment would be that music is a little loud. The place is normally very busy; so loud music plus the general noise from customers makes it all hectic. My preference would be to have the music more in the background, but I suppose that is a matter of individual choice. Apart from that, I would thoroughly recommend this place and will be back again.

   Food was really nice but small portions (ie one carrot and one pig in blanket when listed as carrots and pigs in blankets on Sunday roast).

   What a fabulous Sunday dinner. Everything you could want - great food, really exceptional pork, fantastic staff and a lovely space to enjoy your leisurely lunch. Best Sunday roast in Peckham by far.

    I did not get to eat. When you are an attractive woman with change in her pocket and you come across and insecure manager, you are not going to get fed, and I didn't. I did get a drink as she didn't keep her staff up to date of her wicked ways. I had an ambulance out. Did she care?? Black business owners in SE15/22/5 etc only seem to want the so called gentrified.. who are in reality rough as you know what!

    You didn't get to eat as you were politely asked to leave an hour earlier, however refused and created a scene after abusing several members of staff, We honestly hope you are well... also it was us that called the police and ambulance on your behalf, on your exit you did state you would be sending a bad review however the manger you are talking about did nothing but attempt to look after you... I apologies that you had such a terrible experience
