   What can we say….5 star experience as it always was. We are beyond thrilled that the Waterlot has reopened and were happy to see the feel and ambience of a Bermuda landmark were preserved. The appropriate updates and changes stayed true to the heart of this iconic and historic establishment. Well done and thank you!! The staff and service, as always, were top notch. The food was well presented and delicious! We look forward to coming back…..would love to see a return of some of our old favorites…iceberg wedge, onion rings and, of course, the snickers dessert which would enhance our experience. Again, well done and Thank you!!😊

   Lovely ambience and good service - but steaks just not as good as Intrepid!! And at these prices the food should be outstanding. We also felt just a bit rushed - main courses Canada bit sooner than we hoped.

   We were very happy with the food, service and ambience but the facility needs to improve on the exterior lighting, signs for disabled entrance and a bathroom on the lower level is needed. There was an unused concrete lamppost that we ran into with our car as we did not see it and our daughter was almost run into by a car that was entering as the driver did not see her.

   The best service and an excellent dinner menu. The dessert menu could improve a bit, like offer crème brulee, flan or apple pie, other than my party leaving without dessert, having dinner at Waterlot was a good experience and I will certainly come again

   Waterlot and their staff did not disappoint! From the time we arrived until the time we left, the service was exceptional! Our server Robert, was attentive, professional and went above and beyond to ensure our experience was one to remember. We felt like we were the only ones dining even the restaurant was extremely busy. We asked Robert whether we could make modifications to some of the food and he and the rest of the team happily accommodated our requests. Thank you Waterlot, Robert and the rest of the Waterlot team for making our experience spectacular! We will see you again very soon.

   3 for 3! Another fantastic meal. Favorites: table side Cesar salad, avocado and beet salad, side veggies, Mac and cheese, 12 spiced chicken and all steaks cooked to perfection.
