Service slow but friendly Food poor presentation Nobody asked if after receiving the meal if everything was ok Will not use this restaurant again

Turned away in Mother’s Day. Called the day before but no answer and even left a message to confirm booking. Did not hear anything back and no messages left on my phone despite them telling us that the manager called three times and left three messages, an email back or cancellation on Opentable should have been done. Booked via Opentable and still showed on the system that our booking was there, whole family turned away. Very disappointed and angry with the experience. It is Mother’s Day, we have not seen each other since January as they have been in another country and only recently got back and of all the days to ruin it was this day. Would never return to again. Very disappointing and unacceptable.

Lovely restaurant for avoiding cooking Sunday lunch at home! Food was delicious and very generous on portion size!

I booked for a festive menu but on turning up on the 20th December was informed there was no festive food left so ordered a steak that was undercooked, onion rings burnt and my mash potato portion fitted on a tea spoon! Disappointing and rubbish food
