The staff was quite curt, and made you feel like you were in their way and putting them out by being there. The server had a personality of a wet blanket and was completely uninformed and unhelpful in questions about their beers (they're a brewery!!) The food was over priced based on the quality. Nobody in our entire party was satisfied with their meal. Also the fact that we were literally swatting away a disgusting amount of fruit flies throughout the entire meal was not only annoying but very off putting while trying to dine.

Hanna was our server and was quite pleasant and took great care of us. Live music on a Monday is a nice touch. Beer and food delicious.

I think the happy hour specials were not good value. So many other places in Banff that do 50% off and have a great selection.

Our service was very good. Gave recommendations and pointed out featured items on the menu. Check on us frequently to make sure things were good. Food was excellent and plentiful.

We might have hit it on an off night. Half full restaurant and we get seated by the kitchen and bar. Noisy. There was a staff wedding party which was the focus of the restaurant. We had no wait staff. Sometimes it was the bartender. Had to ask for help from random staff. Steak was over done- asked for medium rare. No one asked how our meals were. Won’t be back.
