The food was amazing, and it is a very nice place to eat. However, the music is so loud it's difficult to have a conversation with the person across the table. Also, the seating is all the tables right next to each other, so that doesn't help the noise level. For the cost of the meal, I little more space and just a bit quieter background noise would be helpful.

Wedge is for two. Wine is overpriced for value. Seabass was great and Lobster tails were worth the price.

It was a great evening at Tiburon! We had sushi…playboy, voodoo & tnt. It was excellent. Also drinks & the brownie w/ ice cream for dessert. Thank you for great night. Server Alex was awesome as well.

Our server/ service was amazing, our food was phenomenal. I love The Monterey in Carmel and was so excited to try this place. We were running a couple minutes late for our reservation and called ahead to let them know- and they were so kind and said no worries! Will definitely be going back.
