Located on the Lower Ground Floor of the luxury shopping location, the cafe features a striking interior décor which mirrors that of the famous Blue Box Cafe in the Tiffany flagship store on Fifth Avenue in New York City.

We are unfortunately not able to cater for a SOYA Allergy or gluten free and dairy free allergy combined, or a diabetic customer for our Afternoon Tea offering or breakfast due to the nature of a set menu and our culinary offering.

Everything was lovely from the very start. The customer service was amazing and the food was simply delicious. I am so happy I chose to have my birthday breakfast here. I cannot wait to return. Thank you so very much for all the wonderful service.

Overall it is nice one-time-experience. The choice of food is not outstanding but is delicious. The croissant was in cubic form which was interesting and I personally compared it to the look of a jewelry box. For my taste the coffee wasn't outstanding too, it wasn't very strong, however this is a subjective opinion. The service, on the other hand, was perfect. The music could have been little bit louder so that you don't hear everybody's conversation.

Surprised my sister for her birthday and we had the most lovely and memorable experience that was highlighted by the exceptional service provided by the staff. Can’t wait to do it again.

Man musste das Afternoon-Tea Menü nehmen, auch wenn man es nicht bestellt hat. Auf unsere Bitte, das wir es nicht bekommen, wurde unfreundlich reagiert und wir mussten den Platz direkt wechseln. Es stand nirgendswo, dass es verpflichtend ist, dieses Menü zu wählen.

The overall experience was great. It’s a quiet little cafe in the basement of Harrods. Service was excellent. Our server was attentive and very pleasant. Food was great. All the sandwiches were tasty, the scones were great and the desserts delicious. Overall value was good. The tables are a little on the small side and tightly packed. They also do not have their own restrooms, although the closest available one is not too far away.

Such a great experience from start to finish! While the cafe is small, it is decorated beautifully and though it was full by the time we finished our meal, it didn’t feel cramped or crowded at all. The service was superb, and we received a congratulatory card for our celebration. The food was also delicious: the avocado toast and eggs florentine were the popular dishes - everyone else around us got the same thing. Great portion. We also got the tea/coffee/juice option, so we had no shortage of drinks. I personally think the breakfast is a great value over the afternoon tea - we were full until dinner time! Overall, any Tiffany’s lover will enjoy this cafe. Happy I finally got to experience it!
