   All in all a wonderful experience, however, we were seated right next to the entrance and a noisy table of people who had clearly been over served. The food was great and the service was good, though they did forget a an appetizer. An expensive experience to have these lingering blemishes on an otherwise nice evening.

   This was our first time at Toca Madera! We got married at the courthouse and arrived 45 mins early to our reservation. The hostess was kind enough to seat us right away! We grabbed some awesome flaming cocktails at the bar & were promptly given water service. All the staff was very accommodating and our drinks were always replenished and the service was hands down impeccable! Selena was our server and she surprised us with a few different things…champagne, dessert, and flaming shots! The tomahawk steak and Branzino were superb and the sauce that came with the calamari was yummmmyy! We enjoyed the fire dancer and the ambience and lighting at 6pm made the vibes all the more dinner like! we loved everything and highly recommend celebrating at Toca Madera 😍

   Food was decent. We ordered steak, which was very charred (some people like that, but not my thing). We were surprised to see the dress code not enforced at all after receiving a notice about the dress code rules when confirming our reservation. Lots of shorts, sportswear, hats, sandals, etc.

   My only complaint is having to wait 20 mins after my reservation time, if Toca times each reservation I don’t see why anyone has to wait who made reservations

   The food was phenomenal! However, I would suggest you try to book the earliest reservation possible because they run extremely behind with reservation times. It also takes the food a while to come out but the flavor made up for the wait time. I would dine again, just at 8pm lol!

   From the moment I walked in I was ready to leave. Didn’t feel welcomed. At first we got sat down at this tiny table next to the servers desk. There was no room and too close to the couple next to us. I asked to be moved and sat us down by the chefs bar. Our waitress was ok. My husband ordered the top cap and his dish was good. Everything else was just ok and bland. This place is over hyped. Not worth giving it a second chance.

   Love this place. They need to rethink their chicken enchilada dish though. While it is a large portion it does not cook though well. My first dish was absolutely cold. I asked for a warmer one and even it was cold in the middle. Pico de gallo might be the best I’ve ever had. Great drinks. Great service. Great atmosphere. We will be back !

    The food and service were great. The noise level was off the charts loud. It was only two of us but I imagine we’d have a hard time conversing with others! Drinks were amazing.
