   We came here for my Dad's Birthday and it was wonderful. Our server was amazing. The food was outstanding!! We had Ribeye, Filet and T-bone all cooked perfectly to order. The service is classic and something you never see anymore. The ambiance is art deco and it feels like you are somewhere special. I highly recommend Tom's. We will be going back!

   I’ve been coming to Tom steakhouse for the past 25 years. I really wish I could rate this occurrence better than a one star, but unfortunately, the server is really who sets the tone of your overall experience. We were seated by the a host. After 15 minutes of us sitting at the table, the server finally asked us if we wanted anything more than the water the busser served us when we were seated. She never came to take our drink order so the only thing we would be able to drink was the water that was served to us at the beginning. When it came to placing the order, I thought everything was fine. However, she came back about five minutes later to let us know that the chef was not able to top one of our steaks with Parmesan crust. However, we did order a shrimp de jonghe appetizer, which is Parmesan crusted so I am not sure why they were not able to prepare our request even though it is an up charge on the menu. We also ordered the side of mushrooms and they arrived to our table cold. In my opinion, this girl needs more training and should not be on schedule during busy hours or days like Mother’s Day.

   Our recent trip to Tom's was not as pleasant as the last. Food took a long time to order and then longer to receive. Server was overwhelmed with too many tables in our section. When the food di arrive it was not prepared well. The service and food has fallen off in the last few months.

   One of our favorite places. We sit at one of the cozy tables in the bar area and everything always works out so great. Our waiter, Miguel, was so attentive, efficient and kind.

   The steaks are amazing but we keep going back because the service is so friendly and outstanding. It’s like you are eating with family.

   Food was excellent prime rib was cooked perfectly. Had a conversation with one of the owners on the way out. Very friendly people working there.
