   Restaurant was very accommodating for our last minute large group (17). Wish we could have been set up out on terrace bc the dining section where we sat was a little stale but Whitney was a great server - very patient with us. Overall we had a nice experience and the food was truly delightful.

   The igloo experience was great! However, it was a little cold, but they did offer blankets. Other than that, everything was great and quick. The waitress was an amazing singer and sang happy birthday to me 🥹.

   We arrived and get a seat at 8:45 P.M, we ordered are 8:55. Drinks came out fairly quick, but the food on the other hand did not. We did not receive our food until 10:30, and it was not good at all. For what I had paid I was not happy with the restaurant at all.

   We were seated 30 minuets past our reservation time. We were served at the bar while we waited. Everyone was friendly but once we reached our “igloo experience” our appetizers came out quick but our entrees took over an hour and fifteen minutes to get to us and had to be bagged up to go because it was past our time over reservation for our igloo experience time and we were charged $224 for bagged sirloins on Valentine’s Day dinner.

   Food was good, but it took way to long for our order to come out and it being Valentines and spending $150 for our special dinner, I would have hoped for faster service.

   Our food was phenomenal. Our service on the other hand was very lackluster, I’m not sure if our server had a lot going on tonight but out of the almost 2 hours we were there we only seen her maybe 4 times, because everything took so long we didn’t even get to order dessert. Nonetheless, we would consider coming back!

    Food just took awhile to get to the table, completely gave our dessert to another table. We had to take our melting ice cream to go. Waitress was great, she just had to many tables or something, to keep up with. The food runners definitely didn't know where they were going.
