肉の質が非常に高い。そして落ち着いた店内の雰囲気で、また訪れてみたい高級焼肉店である。リピート確定です。

スタンダードコースを注文しました。最初の方は食べ終わりを見計らって次々とお肉を運んできてくださったのですが、終盤につれて食べ終わって皿を隅に片付けているにも関わらず全く取りに来ないし、次のお料理を運んできてくださるのにとても時間がかかりました。最後のデザートが来た時はスプーンが汚れていたので取り替えてもらいました。普通は大変申し訳ございませんでした。の言葉があるかと思いますが、すいませんでしたっのみ。黒い服を着た方でしたね。ちなみに本日のデザートと書いておきながらデザートの内容の説明は無し。そして終いには横を通った店員さんにお冷を頼んだところ、◯番さんお冷お願いします！と誰かに頼んだ風に見えましたが誰も持って来ず、仕方なくまたベルを鳴らしたのですが誰も来てくれませんでした。隣のテーブルを拭いたりして暇そうな店員がいるのに。最初にお冷頼んだところからだとかれこれ１０分くらい？ベルを鳴らしても店員さんが来てくれないお店は初めてだったので友人と本当に驚きました。んーもう来ないかな（笑）

接客がひどかったです。私たちのいたフロアを担当してる店員はずっと壁にもたれているし、お皿の置き方も雑だし、メニューは投げるように置いていました。これが安いお店ならまあしょうがないかとも思えたんですけど、青山店はサービス料が10%なのは何に対するサービス料なのかと思いました。食事自体はまあ悪くもなくというところですが、店内は暑いし、わざわざその値段払って行くところではないかなと。金曜の夜なのに、当日予約できたし、空席もあったのでその程度のお店なのかもしれません。他の店員さんは感じは良かったですが。。

お客さんの食べるスピードを考慮しながら、肉をもってきてくれているようなので、そのあたりの気づかいは素晴らしいなと思いました。会計時には、温かいお茶と冷たいアイスを出してくれるのはうれしいです。あとは、新しいおしぼりも一緒に出してもらえると、より嬉しいかな・・・と思います。

スタッフの応対も心地よく、料理も視覚的早く出てくると思います。お腹すいてさっと食べたいときなどにもよいと思います。

流石トラジ、お肉は最高！接客は、、、、ダメですね。アルバイトか何かでお客様の立場に立っていません。惜しいですが多分リピートはしません。

お店の場所が分からず、お電話したら店長さんがわざわざ迎えに来ていただきました。その節はご迷惑をおかけしました。ありがとうございました。スタッフの方も皆さん感じが良く、料理も美味しかったです。また、利用したいと思います。

予約して店に着いたら2時間制だと言われ、どこにもそんな表記がありませんから面食らいました。さらに予約した時間より20分ほど遅れてしまったので、たった1時間ほどで「料理のラストオーダーです」と店員に言われ、残念ながらゆっくり料理を楽しむことが出来ません。

予約して入店、しばらく入り口に立ち応対を待ちましたが、店員は誰も声をかけてこず、むしろ目の前で客を見送った後、無言で仕事に戻る。こちらから声をかけ、通された席はイスに水滴が、ラストオーダーののち、閉店時間とのことでしたがものすごい勢いと圧で追い出されるように店を出ると、出入り口には大量の生ゴミが、、、。ラストオーダーを30分早く取る、社員教育をしっかりする、等しないとお客は増えないのでは、、。これでサービス料10%取られるわけだから笑える。食事は特段目立つ最高なメニューがあるわけではないけど、いい塩梅で気軽に行ける店だけに実に惜しい。
