    Great food- service was a bit slow. Cocktails were good- margarita was a bit too sweet. Tacos were delicious- had sweet potato. Many many gluten free options

    The food was outstanding, as I got the birria tacos (highly recommend)! I definitely was a bit disappointed by the service because it took probably a good ten minutes to get our waters, and another ten for the waiter to come back and get our food orders and bring over chips and salsa. May have been because it was a Saturday night, not sure. Overall the food was phenomenal, service was just ok.

    We were promptly and graciously greeted at the door. Our server showed up promptly with a smile on his face. All our needs were met or exceeded.

    We love visiting Toro Cantina when we are in Albany. The food is delicious and the waitstaff is always very accommodating to our group. One issue on our last visit, the hostess claimed she was going to charge us $25 because we were one person short of our 8 party reservation. This seems a bit extreme and unnecessary given that there were plenty of available tables throughout the space. We hope this charge doesn't go through so that we can return in the future.

    This was my second visit at Toro but the first for a birthday guest. She loved the ambiance, the decor, the great service and of course the food.

    Alejandro was our waiter and he was fantastic! We were there celebrating two birthdays and he was wonderful with getting all our drink orders, all our food orders. Everything was correct and food was delicious as always the music was amazing Tori is one of our favorite spots. We had brought a couple new people who have never been there, and they were super impressed and loved the atmosphere and the food.

    The food here is consistently fantastic, as is the service. Those prices though… off the chart expensive. So yummy though

    Love Toro Cantina!! They gave us a fabulous table for 3 adults and two youngsters. Perfect seating and location. It was a birthday celebration - the mood and surroundings so tastefully upbeat. We ordered two children’s meals: cheese quesadilla and chicken tenders. Both were enjoyed and described as scrumptious. Adults ordered chicken fajita, sweet potato tacos and steak tacos. All delicious. Servers and hosts so kind and available in polite and gracious interactions. Our birthday celebrant received a yummy brownie with cream and a candle. The boys loved their ice cream and churros as well as soft beverage selections. We usually get the lobster quesadilla which is over the top delicious- passed on it this time to try new entrees. We were equally as satisfied! Looking forward to the patio again next spring!!
