Tortino is my go to neighborhood restaurant. Pasta is my favorite food choice there, all made on the premises. Last night we with a beautiful chocolate dessert. Tortino is like a taste Of Italy in downtown DC

Fabulous food. The scallops appetizer was one of the best dishes I've ever eaten. The seafood linguini was perfect, and chicken parm was also very good. Highly recommend!!

Service and food are excellent at Tortino’s. Pastas are fabulous. I have not had one I did not enjoy. Tonight I had the capellini with pesto cream sauce and shrimp. It was delicious! My companions had ravioli and fettuccine. We were all supremely pleased with our choices.
