   Lovely restaurant friendly staff providing great service even though it was a very busy Saturday night and the food was excellent. So pleased this is our local restaurant.

   We have lived in the area for 20 years and seen this venue change hands a few times; really pleased to see that Totti is being well supported. Often drive/walk by and there are plenty of people there. Last night was my second visit; first time with friends was fine, I wasn’t blown away but it was nice. Last night I dined with my husband, daughter and her boyfriend. We received a really warm welcome, the ambience was good (although the music was maybe a little loud) and our table was ready. We ordered cocktails, which were really delicious and then our food. We had a couple of drinks brought over that weren’t ours, and then a while after our starters arrived. Calamari was a good size and really tasty, bruschetta was delicious too. Prawn cocktail was ok, needed more dressing and the prawns were tiny and didn’t have much flavour - guessing likely frozen. Main courses were a Davila pizza which was good, chicken Milanese which looked gorgeous and tasted really good (was huge too - had to take some home). Chicken Caesar pizza sounded better than it tasted - was soggy in the middle and the salad dressing was thin and sisnt taste like Caesar at all - would give this one a miss. They forgot my food completely, so the family were almost done eating by the time they apologised and made my chicken Caesar salad. Again, it didn’t taste like a Caesar at all, thin and watery dressing and the chicken was hot, as it has just been panic cooked - so all the lettuce was limp and it wasn’t great. We skipped dessert as we’d been there quite a while and the service was taken off the bill by way of apology for forgetting my food - which was appreciated. So all in all, it’s a lovely looking place, staff are friendly, warm and welcoming, but it’s only ‘fine’ in opinion. It was £150 for 4 of us to have a starter, main and 3 of 4 had a cocktail, so price wise it was ok. But I think if I wanted pizza I’d go to pizza express or Franco Manca, if I want pasta I’d make the same at home. Sorry!

    Nice place to go occasionally food was mid range large portions but ingredients are pretty standard. I wouldn't consider it gourmet and feel it's expensive as the quality of the ingredients weren't. As expected for a restaurant in the suburbs. Cocktails are nice as expected and worth the money, staff are friendly but hovered around a bit too much so it felt a bit uncomfortable. After our bill we felt that we were being eyeballed to leave very soon after. We were actually going to grab another cheeky cocktail but decided not to as we didn't feel we could stay! I would come here again if someone else was paying, but for Italian food it's a bit mid.
