Toulouse Café and Bar recalls a Fin de Siecle Parisian Café where you are likely to bump into friends and find yourself in conversations with neighboring tables. At first glance you will notice the bustling activity that characterizes Toulouse: wait staff with wine openers and hot plates of food, people chatting and laughing, the clink of wine glasses… the atmosphere is sophisticated and good moods are contagious. Server was knowledge and attentive. The food was outstanding we had lobster bisque, salad, warm Brie, lobster risotto and two unbelievable desserts. Highly recommend everything, especially the soufflé and luxury chocolate dessert! Presentation of all the dishes was top notch as well!

Service moved slow, waiter didn’t bring food out in a timely manner, and everything came out cold, such as the lobster bisque and French onion soup

Went for brunch that started out fine, got appetizer and drinks. Entrees arrived and ordered drinks to go with food. Our waiter disappeared. We waited 20 minutes and no sign of our server so we ate our entrees so they wouldn’t go cold. Once finished someone from the bar brought our drinks and I refused them. We had to ask someone else for our check, twice before the original server brought it with a weak sorry. Ruined our holiday brunch.

This is my local spot when I want to eat. Stop in for a drink, lunch or dinner and it never disappoints! The staff are always attentive and nice.

Everything was good. Service part is a little weak and needed more training. For example, when served soup, customers might need spoon and bowl, it should be simple and natural as part of service instead of let customers ask for utensils and got fork and plate. Those are minor things. No worries and no need to reach out. We are still happy about food and the live music and all help got from the meal.

The eggs on one plate were overcooked. Poached but the center was solid hard. Some of the food was cool. The server was very nice but he clearly had too many tables. The patio, which is usually my favorite place, was steamy and uncomfortable. We come here a lot and typically love everything. Today, it seemed off but the staff is always pleasant. We will be back.
