You are cordially invited to visit Transfer Pizzeria Café, located in the Harbor District on the corner of 1st and Mitchell Streets. Established in 2008, the namesake is Transfer Pharmacy, a classic cornerstone drugstore from a bygone era that for decades supplied a thriving community with goods and services as evidenced by the stained glass windows still in place. The pharmacy was appropriately named for the constant activity that took place just outside - the boarding, departures, and transfers of the countless daily commuters of the time. The tradition of a reliable cornerstone establishment continues today, as Transfer Pizzeria delivers a unique dose of delicious pizza, drink, atmosphere, and friendly service.

We keep an active wait-list and gladly accommodate walk-ins as part of both our lunch and dinner service.

    We eat GF because our son has Celiac disease. The GF choices are plentiful and delicious, including bruschetta! Service was a little slow because our waiter had too many tables, but he was very nice and apologetic. Transfer is a Milw gem!

    Our pizza was made wrong so we had to wait for the right pizza. We had a large group so they had to sit for us to finish. Other than that food was good service was good.

    Like always great food. Busy places at the time we were there. Service was a little slow but it was busy, that means good business for them to keep the doors open. We will keep stopping by to enjoy their pizza!!!

    WE HAD A FABULOUS LUNCH! This was our 1st time here and all 4 of us enjoyed our own small pizzas. Including 1 that was Gluten free! We will definitely be back! Super fresh, fast service, nice convo with owner, excellent 🍕!
