I read about this restaurant in last week’s “Ticket” section in the Sarasota “Herald-Tribune,” and our experience lived up to the positive review. We had eggplant parmigiana, mista salad and chicken cacciatore. Everything was delicious, and the service was equally as good. Bella Napoli is small, but I think the size and decor add to its charm.

Our meal lived up to the great things we had heard about Bella Napoli. Couldn’t resist ordering the pizza, which looked like art. We shared the eggplant parmigiana pizza and it was perfect. We also had a great green salad dressed with EVOO and an order of the delicious meatballs. Nice list of Italian wines. Can’t wait to return.

We were looking forward to trying this restaurant we had read so much about. Unfortunately it was not the experience we were hoping it would be. At first the service seemed friendly & adequate. The meatball appetizer was delicious as was the bread & eggplant spread. The insalata mista was a bit bland. Pizzas were delicious. I thought my Cacio Pepe Ravioli did not really taste like a Cacio Pepe sauce & a bit overpriced. On the negative side our waiter did not write anything down. When he went to ring us out he had to ask what each person had and even then put my ravioli on the other couples bill. On the “very” negative side. Immediately after we paid our bills the owner asked if we could leave the table because they had people waiting. Our reservation was for 6:15pm…she came to the table @ 7:13pm to ask us that! Too many other delicious /authentic Italian restaurants in Sarasota. We won’t be back.

My wife and I had lunch at Bella Napoli for the first time and we had a wonderful experience. My wife’s pasta dish was delicious and my pizza was outstanding, just like the pizza in Naples Italy. 🇮🇹 Our waiter made us an amazing cappuccino, best we ever had in Sarasota. We can’t wait to go back to try more delicious food with friends and family.

An adorable restaurant, well decorated, cozy feeling We felt we were in Italy- that’s how fresh the food was … The caprese salad was absolutely delicious and the fried pizza “bread” served with it was excellent

First time to this new Main St restaurant. Very busy but good service, nice by the glass wine selection and a somewhat quirky menu with some unusual items. White ragu was excellent and so was linguini with clams. Next time we need to try pizza! A very nice gift of a loaf of their excellent bread was presented upon leaving !! Thank you Caesar
