   Overpriced menu for NYE ($85 per person), food was given to wrong people each time with several items just not being what was ordered as well, food took 2 hours to come out, also gave somebody next to us food they were allergic to after given prior warning.

   New Years Eve dinner; ordered from a simple menu as soon as we were seated. They were out of all but one desert option. After an hour wait I was told they were out of the main course I ordered. It took almost an hour and a half for our main course to arrive from when we ordered. soup was cold, steaks were over salted. Terrible dinner overall. Way overpriced.

   It took over an hour and half for the food, over priced. Food was cold. Looked like they were short handed but no excuse for the cold food and wait time.

   New Year’s Eve can be a tough evening for a restaurant to shine. Staff was very nice, but food was slow in coming out in general. It took quite a while for our entrees to arrive, well after a table seated after us - we all had the same prix fixe limited menu options. The filet mignon was good, as were our cocktails. Our dinner seating was 8 pm, and they were already out of San Giovese wine option, and when dessert was to be served they advised us that they could no longer fill our order of tiramisu and mousse. That was disappointing at an Italian restaurant. Finally, when the bill came, it was the wrong one with different drink orders reflected. It took a few minutes to sort it out

   This restaurant was sadly not prepared for New Years Eve, which is shocking considering this is a very busy night for most restaurants. There was a set menu which wasn’t posted to their website or social media, they were extremely under staffed. The food was sub par. Our waiter forgot what we ordered easily 8 times and he kept coming back to the table for us to remind him what we ordered (there was only 2 of us …). The restaurant is filthy so you can only imagine what the bathrooms are like. We waited 45 minutes to receive our refrigerated Sysco desserts. At that point we just asked for them to go and then waited another 20 minutes for the bill. It was a very longgggg and disappointing New Year’s Eve dinner.

   Had a subpar experience here tonight. Had our order wrong multiple times and service lasted more than 2 hours which was challenging for a family of 4 with 2 kiddos on Christmas Eve. Price was exorbitant for a poor dining experience. Will not return.

    My husband and I went on Christmas Eve and were excited to try the gnocchi bolognese however, to our surprise we were unable to order as it was only a prix fixe menu that was being offered. Nowhere on the website or during our booking process on open table did it mention this. Would be nice for the customer to know what they were getting into before making a reservation. The waitstaff was poor and inattentive. Our reservation was for 5pm, at that point the staff should not have been spread so thin as there were plenty of empty tables in the restaurant at that time. We attempted to order a second glass of wine however, could not get a server to our table to take our order. It was particularly interesting that a table of 8 who sat after us were served a second round of drinks before the waiter even came back to our table to take our order for a second glass of wine (our wine glasses were empty for some time). My steak was overcooked, I ordered medium rare and it came prepared well done. When the waiter finally came around to our table it had been at least 20 minutes since the food had been delivered. I was not offered an alternate steak (I had only eaten 1/3 of it - I'm not someone to eat a whole dish and then complain about it) and was also not offered to have it taken off the check. Would not recommend this restaurant at all.
