   We ended up eating at Il Bargello twice while we were in Florence—once for a reserved dinner and once for lunch a couple of days later because we had enjoyed our dinner and especially the delightful waiter. The food was good and nicely presented, the service elegant and excellent, and the ambience lively and entertaining…highly recommend Il Bargello!

   Great location in Piazza Della Signoria over looking medici castle. Food was fantastic starting with our appetizer,asparagus flan, goat cheese cream and citrus scent, our dinners delicious too and amazing dessert with peaches, and a special treat because it was our anniversary, biscotti that you dipped dessert wine. 😋😋😋

   Top notch customer service by owner run place. Smaller comfortable place. So good will definitely return. Excellent tasting food Steak and pastas.

   Not only was the food incredible, but so was the hospitality. They made us feel welcome, guided us through the menu, and recommended a great dinner and wine to go with it.

   This was just WOW. The service was outstanding. We had two negronis and the person who made them came out to see how we liked them. They were the best negronis we had ever had! We had a pasta first course - white veal sauce. They automatically split the plate in two to share. The second thing we had was a veal cheek. I have no clue how they made those potatoes so smooth - but everything about that dish was next level good. One of the best things I have ever eaten. I would definitely go eat here again. The ambiance, the food, the service - all number one.

   Absolutely perfect! The owner and his wonderful wife gave my daughter and I the best two nights of dining we had while in Italy. The food was excellent, fresh, tasty and plentiful. The service from all staff was outstanding. Especially the owner who was very friendly, professional and helpful. A little embarrassed I didn't speak Italian when our beautiful host spoke many languages but I will try learn for our next trip! If we weren't moving on to Milan, we would've had eaten here again and again. Grazie Mille and see you again!

    We really enjoyed the food . We had the veal cheek ragu and the beef stew which were really good
