The service was bad. The restaurant had a large party of about 20 people who were seated just before we arrived. Because of the large group, the kitchen was jammed. We waited close to 2 hours for our entrees. No one apologized for the bad service. We’re regulars and enjoy the restaurant. They were clearly overbooked for their staffing. It was rude to regulars to be treated this way.

Pasta dishes were delicious. Server was very personable. Prices were as expected. One dessert was delicious (cannoli) but the cake was very dry.

We have been to this restaurant many times and it has typically been a nice experience with good food. The crab cake meal we had this time was a real disappointment as this has been a treat in the past. This time, the crab cakes were basically bread balls with a few pieces of crab meat on the outside as decoration for $32. That is a far cry from the quality we have seen in the past. Not sure what is going on to drive this unfortunate change, but its questionable whether we will return.
