If you bring children for the High Tea, I recommend the Sweet Orange Cinnamon tea. The children’s menu was wonderful. Overall the food and service were excellent.

Thought this was a really lovely experience overall with some special touches for a birthday. The only thing is we did feel a little rushed under the time constraints given we were the 12:45p seating and they were turning the table for the one at 2:30p. It’s such a lovely spot and so much good food and tea to enjoy i wish they would extend the time at the table just a little longer!

I just had afternoon tea at the Four Seasons. We had a great time. The food was delicious and there was so much that we took some home. The tea was also very tasty and we loved the little surprise pairing. The atmosphere was nice and it wasn't loud. I've enjoyed afternoon tea at many places, and this one is right at the top. I should also mention that they are very accommodating with special diets/vegetarian. Not all places will do that. My main reason for writing was to praise our server, Aimee. She was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She explained everything, answered any questions we had and even joked around with us. I can't say enough about her. Thanks Aimee and Trifecta!

My niece and I both worship that ancient leaf called ‘tea’. We’ve decided to make regular dates to meet around Boston for any special teas we hear of or read about. High on that list sits Trifecta at The Four Seasons at One Dalton. Sadly, I was disappointed with the experience; my nice was less so, but under-impressed: the tea room, basically a lobby and not a specially appointed space or room, was charmless and generic. The actually tea was flavorfull, but quickly became cold after one cup. We had to ask twice for our milk & cream. We had to ask for any refills and were not offered anything once the tiered tray arrived. The staff was robotic. The bill was one of the highest that I have paid in the city. Afternoon tea at Trifecta is over-rated and needs a re-design.

My partner and I checked out the Tea Service at Trifecta in Boston yesterday, and it was seriously amazing. We both loved the Dalton and Earl Grey teas—really smooth, great flavor, and just what we were hoping for. The highlight was definitely the Trinity Tower—a perfect mix of sweet and savory. The finger sandwiches, canapés, and little desserts were all delicious, and everything was presented beautifully. Our waiter Wilson was the real MVP. Super knowledgeable, had great recommendations, and his service was spot-on the entire time. Friendly without being overbearing—just really made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great tea experience in the city. We’ll definitely be going back
