Had a holiday lunch with coworkers and clients. Food and drinks were excellent! Our servers were friendly and helpful. The upper floor is very spacious with a great view of the railroad next door. Highly recommend!

Good choice for a reasonably priced, pre-theater dinner in New Hope. Very busy Saturday night but once we were seated, everything was good. Comfortable, spacious seating, good service, and the food was excellent and came quickly.

I know it was a busy Saturday night and I made reservations weeks ago after our new Hope railroad experience with two kids under three. We had a great spacious table upstairs. Server came by and said she would be right with us. She came and took our drink order. When the drinks came we put in our apps. The apps came out very quickly. And there was a big party right next to us. She was waiting on as well. Took her a little while to come back to take our dinner order When we put it in the food came out very quickly by the bus staff not the waitress all except the kids meal for the three year-old and then the waitress was nonexistent we asked a couple people that looked like managers to get her for us. Even telling them what we were missing, hoping that someone would bring out the child's burger And they said they could not find her. I don't know if it was 30-45 minutes she finally came over and apologized and said she would put that in right away then it was at least another 25-30 minutes before the burger came out and we told her to just put it in a to go container because my grandson was losing it by that point. A manager I believe had come over and asked if there's anything we could do and we said bring out the burger. He wanted to buy drinks. We told him just take the burger off the bill so that's all they took off the bill. Then we are packing up to go when the burger finally came out. The waitress promptly came over to get the get the cash and very nasty said that she hoped I could forgive her for forgetting the burger not really apologetic at all and I wish I would've gotten her name because I would love to call and speak to a manager, but we were trying to get too tired kids out of the restaurant and home to bed. So if by chance she or a manager is reading this, maybe you can relay to your staff that a child's meal should always come out first makes the parents happier makes the child happier and you get a better tip and really sound remorseful

It was extremely loud. They had the music up high and the place was crowded which is to be expected. However it was hard to even hear the people in my own party

We sat upstairs right agains the rail on pool table side. Our waitress was very attentive, knowledgeable, sweet? And on top of everything. We never went without beverages and empty plates were cleared without asking her to. This of course isn’t always a common occurrence these days so it was very appreciated. There was live music downstairs yet they were very respectful with the volume so people were able to both enjoy their company and the music at the same time. Loved it!
