   Food sucked. Steak was small and overcooked, octopus was cold and had to go back. Salmon was bad too. Service was poor, but not as bad as the food. Recommend you go elsewhere.

   We made reservations and indicated that 2 of us are vegan. Trova normally has several vegan options on its menu. But for its expensive New Year’s Eve dinner they only served dishes that all contained meat and fish. Not even salad - nothing at all for a vegetarian.

   This review is based on the New Year’s Eve Fine Dining Experience. I usually go to Trova twice a week and I can tell that the service at Trova is excellent, and the food is both tasty and well-portioned. They also offer a nice variety of cocktails, which I enjoyed. - I did a reservation on New Year’s Eve, expecting a “fine dining experience” as advertised. The evening featured a 4-course menu + Wine pairing , and while I had made my reservation a month in advance, the specific table I requested was not available. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that the restaurant did not accommodate food allergies. Unlike other fine dining restaurants , both in Puerto Rico and internationally, this was the first time I encountered a chef who did not offer alternatives or adjustments for guests with dietary restrictions. I hope the restaurant considers this feedback and incorporates options for guests with food allergies in the future, as this would significantly enhance the dining experience and make it more inclusive.

   We were pleasantly surprised at the wonderful dinner we had on New Year's Eve. Not that we doubted the restaurant itself, but so often, those price-fixed dinners on a holiday can be terrible. The food was terrific as was the service. I highly recommend it.

   La comida estuvo excelente pero la mesera no estuvo a la altura q un 4 course dinner with wine pairing requería Empezando por el servicio de bebidas trajo las bebidas a destiempo a uno de los comensales no le trajo el trago después q le dijimos q ya no lo queríamos insistió en traerlo creando un gasto innecesario al restaurante Yo pedí el wine pairing y trajo los platos y no traía el vino q correspondía con el mismo No estuvo pendiente de el agua si necesitábamos algo y cuando nosotros nos sentamos el restaurante no estaba lleno a capacidad Es una pena que todo el esfuerzo del Chef Dani en preparar su menú de degustación se desluzca por algo que es básico en el training de un mesero
