True Blue Butcher & Table, the flagship restaurant of the We Are True Blue brands, is located in The Forum in Wilmington, NC. Great Experience with the reservations. Makes it so helpful instead of waiting Eli, the manager was extremely helpful with questions as well as prepping tables to get ready for customers. Smash burgers, as always were exceptional!

We had a late team lunch on Friday and the team at True blue delivered. We even got to sample the scallops with caviar which were honestly the best scallops I’ve ever eaten. Cocktails were also top notch. Highly recommend for afternoon or evening dining for those with a discerning palate.

We had Sunday brunch to celebrate someone’s 90th birthday! With the jazz music delicious food, menu that said Happy Birthday and signed by the staff along with a slice of delicious carrot cake with a candle, the celebration was a success! Thanks to all.

The food was good, service was good, however it was so noisy we could barely carry on a conversation at our table of 4. Didn’t make for a very good evening. Our second visit there and both times were the same. Will try somewhere else when we have visitors here.

We went for brunch. I was looking forward to the chicken and waffle that I had enjoyed in the past . This time the chcken pieces were not the quality I expected , 2 of them had very little meat and a lot of breading , and one looked truly suspicious, like a discarded piece . I hope it was a one time mistake. .

I recently dined at The Blue Butcher & Table at The Forum while visiting Wilmington with my parents, and our experience was fantastic! It was our first time, and we couldn’t have asked for better service—Josiah, our server, was excellent. He was attentive, friendly, and really added to the overall experience. We ordered the skewers and Brussels sprouts, and both were delicious with amazing flavor and presentation. We left really impressed and will definitely be back next time I am in town!
