   Great salad options. Turkey burger and the salmon were a big hit with our visiting friends. Fairly busy for a Monday night but service didn't suffer.

   I recently had the pleasure of brunching at True Food Kitchen, and it was a delightful experience. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of healthy and flavorful options. The coffee was rich and aromatic, and the natural juice was refreshing and invigorating. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure everything was perfect. Overall, True Food Kitchen is a fantastic spot for brunch, offering a great combination of tasty food, excellent beverages, and outstanding service. Easy parking at the Ballson mall. Highly recommended!

   The glass noodles with teriyaki and chicken was very tasty. The food was fresh and the atmosphere welcoming. I very much enjoyed my dinner here. I would come back again!

   Healthy options that are both tasty and varied. I had a colleague with me who requires a gluten-free diet and she was not only pleased with the many options provided, but also the care that the staff took to ensure who that the food would be prepared and presented safely.
