True Food Kitchen is a chef-driven restaurant and scratch bar that was founded by Dr. Andrew Weil, the pioneer of integrative medicine, to provide food that tastes great and is good for you. Our menu features food and drinks crafted with nutrient-dense ingredients and carefully sourced proteins from the world’s most responsible and sustainable growers, farmers and producers.     Good food. But the value proposition is a bit off. My advice to the venue is to reduce prices. It’s a Mall Restaurant after all.

    I’ve been here many times and it’s always an enjoyable meal with fresh and flavorful food. Service is generally very good (one server on a prior visit was a little less than friendly) with my favorite being Jesse who waited on my daughter and I today as well as a couple of other times before.

    True Food is my favorite, go-to restaurant! The food is SO delicious, and I love that they don't use any seed oils. My kids love going here too. Every time I eat there, I can't wait to go back. The service is always super nice too!
