   Disappointing visit. Have been to True Food more times than I can remember. Usually food is good and it’s very kid friendly. This visit today was far below standards. Food came out in a timely fashion and was cooked through, but was either lukewarm or cold. We ended up eating it anyway - hungry little kids don’t give you much flexibility to send stuff back, and server didn’t check up on us until meal was over anyway. I mentioned to her that food had come out cold and she apologized and said she’d send the manager over. But that never happened. Realistically, we’ll be back at some point to try again but probably not anytime soon.

   Nice place in Broadway plaza. Good food and service. Will go back again. Only down was I ordered a salmon salad and they were out of salmon. They asked if chicken would be OK. My salad was good but they charged the same price as the salmon. Was surprised at that.

   It’s getting expensive and I think the quality is just okay. The Teriyaki bowl used to be amazing (more flavorful sauce). It tastes quite bland now. For $27 (inc shrimp) I think it is overpriced. Veggies were completely raw so took a bit to get through those. In the past they haven’t been so raw. Service was great though!

   Really tasty food and great service. Love that I can get great food that is also mindful of where it comes from. Sustainable, organic etc. Loved everything. Hummus is a favorite.

   While dining the last three times, True Foods could not deliver my order due to lack of ingredients and broken espresso machine. The food is consistently good.

   We always love True Food. This time it seemed the food was lacking flavor compared to previous meals. Our whole group commented on this.

   The food was very bland, I’ve eaten here many times. We had the Brussels sprouts, no flavor. I had an egg scramble, just eggs and sweet pot, I wouldn’t order it again My friend had the avocado toast, awful. Bread was wide with very little avocado and 1 hard boiled egg cut in half.

    Shrimp added to bowl was overcooked and mealy. Tenderloin had a metallic taste to it. Service was disjointed and inconsistent.
