In via Roma, questo ristorante romagnolo si impone sulla scena enogastronomica locale con una cucina attenta e genuina, frutto di una ricerca che parte dalle materie prime, passando per ricette tradizionali reinterpretate con un pizzico di creatività. E poi denota anche un’aplomb internazionale, soprattutto per quanto riguarda i secondi, come: Scortichino di bisonte americano al whisky e aceto balsamico e Bistecca di canguro ai frutti rossi di bosco e salsa barbecue.
