FAQ’s:
1) Are kids allowed? Yes, before 9PM. Must be 21+ after 9PM. Please note: we do not have highchairs or kids menus.
2) What parking options are available? There is complimentary parking at the Dekalb Tire parking garage courtesy of Executive Parking Monday through Thursday 5PM to 9PM and Saturday and Sunday from 12PM to 6PM.
3) What’s the largest table size available? Parties of 8 OR more are considered a large party and require "large party form".
4) Are walk-ins ok? Yes, but we do prioritize reservations first. Bar and patio seating is first come first served and all walk-ins will be put on a waitlist for standard seating.
5) Do you have hookah? NO.
6)When do the fire dancers perform? Friday through Sunday from 8PM to 11PM.

    From the moment we arrived at Tulum Kitchen & Bar, we were impressed by the warm welcome and stylish, inviting ambience. The space is beautifully designed—elegant with a modern tropical vibe, perfect for a date night or dinner with friends. The staff was outstanding—attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly. Special thanks to Tim, the manager, who went above and beyond to ensure our experience was flawless. His pleasant demeanor and hands-on approach truly made us feel valued and well cared for. The food was fantastic—everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We enjoyed every course, and the drinks were just as impressive—creative, refreshing, and well-balanced. Tulum Kitchen & Bar is a gem—great service, amazing food, and a wonderful atmosphere. We highly recommend it and can’t wait to return!

    We waited 30 minute to receive our appetizers which was only chips and dip and after 1.5 hours we’re yet to receive our entrees . We ended up just leaving and having dinner somewhere else. Additionally they charged a mandatory 20% gratuity which is crazy since the service was horrible. You would think that service would be impeccable if you are billing a mandatory gratuity to someone’s check.

    This place was okay. The hype on instagram is overrated. I feel like the food really wasn’t that good for the price. The drinks was good though.

    The ambience, music, and drinks were great. Service was lacking, I find this happens often at establishments with and automatic 20% gratuity. The servers no longer feel they have to provide great service for the gratuity. The food was slow to come out of the kitchen and didn’t have a lot of flavor. It wasn’t worth the cost. $34 for a small portion of shrimp pasta, $22 for two tacos with rice and beans.

    20% service charge on all tickets and the server was barely around to refill or update us on why our order was taking so long. This was during a time that was not busy at all. Probably will not return.

    Good drinks and really good food. Our waitress V was absolutely amazing and recommended great drinks and entrees. We will definitely be coming back.
