   We tried the $55 couples meal. We were supposed to get an appetizer two entrées and a dessert. We ordered two drinks and they never came and we had to remind the waitress. She apologized and said the ticket was lost and had to ask again what we ordered. I tried to order the chicken because this place is supposed to be known for their chicken. But they were all out of chicken. They brought our entrées out and the stake was room temperature.  I think another guy brought it out because their weight just forgot about our food. And, we never did get our appetizer. Laughable. The food was below average. The waitress was nice but terrible at her job. How do you forget so much stuff? I even had to go to another table and get silverware because there wasn’t any on the table. All around a train wreck.

   Tupelo Honey is one of my all time favorite brunch spots! I’ve never had anything off the menu that wasn’t amazing. The service is excellent each visit, they are prompt and kind. The menu has something for everyone and the prices are very reasonable. Easily a solid 10/10 for myself and my family!

   Me and my girlfriend went here for valentines day and it was oh so good, the food was amazing, the atmosphere was amazing, the service was amazing, for sure a 5 star place to go to in Franklin, it wasn’t to loud nor super quiet, I definitely recommend going if you want a southern style fancy restaurant to go to.

   Tupelo Honey had a wonderful Valentine's three-course dinner special. The food was excellent (we got the salmon and the surf and turf). The fried green tomato appetizer at Tupelo Honey is delicious. A great experience all around, and the price was very reasonable. Glad we went!

   Good experience. Need a draft beer list. Out of first choice. Fried pickles needed to cooked a bit more. Other than that, good experience.

   We went for Valentine’s Day and the special dinner for two menu. The appetizer we ordered (one of three options) was unavailable already and it was only 4:30pm. We ordered a bottle of wine and they were out of that, too. The restaurant seemed very unprepared for the Valentine’s Day crowd considering how early we were there and how they were already out of so many items. Our entrees were good at least.

   Our server who was the bartender was fantastic! The kitchen was pretty behind so everything took quite a while. They were kind and comped a couple of things to make up for the wait and issues. Never mind intention to get free food for I would rather have great service and great food with no issues. Honestly one of the worst things was the bathroom. So nasty in the men’s. When I stepped over to wash my hands and employee had just finished washing their hands and threw their towel and it missed the garbage and hit the floor. There are all kinds of towels on the floor and I would’ve assumed that the employee would’ve just picked it up. The top of the urinal was so nasty! They have tiles from the ceiling missing and the restaurant itself just does not seem very clean. I want to stay for the record that the bartender was fantastic and as sweet as she could be. I felt so sorry for her for none of this was her problem. I really liked this place in the past but it’s been a while since we have been back but I’m not sure I would return.

   So we went there for a pre valentines special. The app we wanted was no longer available. We ordered a bottle of wine that went with the special, the waiter said it was a Josh cab, it was a screw top cab not Josh and she didn't open it. Everyone else received biscuits I had to flag down my waiter to get some. Took way longer for our dinner versus other people, but we were patient apparently my husband's steak shrunk and they were making another. I been there before and it was much better.

    Food here was delicious! Beers were served cold! Loved the biscuits with butter and blueberry jam. The Potato chip fried chicken was so good! Hubby’s fried chicken was perfectly cooked and tasty. Fries were a nice portion, but sadly cold. Water glasses kept full but waitress was super busy so we didn’t feel attended to as we had liked. We will give them another try next time we are in town.
