We enjoyed a low key Easter brunch. The service was prompt, the food delicious and the atmosphere relaxed.

The sweet potato pancakes were so good. The fried chicken was crispy and juicy, very well seasoned. The grits were okay, and so the biscuits ( they were a bit dense & salty). Overall it’s a decent place to dine.

All of the previous reviews add accurate. The place is very very SHORT staffed and it shows from the moment you walk in to the time the food is delivered. It took about 10-15 mins for us to be greeted by the bartender who was also going to be a server. Until she had a breakdown, broke things, and then stormed off crying! Then returned clearly flustered and wiped her wet running nose with her hands, and continued to make drinks. We were eventually approached by a new server, Deja who saved the overall experience. She was very kind and pleasant but it unfortunately didn’t make up for our overall experience. The food would have been decent but it all came out lukewarm to cold! Nothing and I do mean nothing was spectacular about this place!! Thank goodness for Deja being pleasant and the chef who was also running food to tables who attempted to save the day and our experience. They literally tried to make it better but it just wasn’t enough!

Service and drinks were great. However out food was cold when we received it. We returned the sides but kept the sandwiches. The flavor was good I just would have wanted my food hot or a least warm.

It took a long time to be seated with reservations. There were plenty of open tables but staffing was short. We ordered an appetizer /starter but it never came out? It wasn't on the bill so no harm / no foul - I guess ?? Staffing was limited so the service was a little slow too. The food was ok but not quite what we expected.
