Reservation at 6:30, restaurant half full. Took 12 minutes to be greeted once we got sat. Manager cleaning off table nearby walked by twice never noticed. Had to say something to the host stand. Service was very good once we got someone. Apps were good, fried chicken was overcooked, dry. People waiting in the lobby while we were eating, plenty of open tables so assuming not staffed properly. Servers that were there were working hard.

My fried chicken was not crispy. Mac and cheese was mid.

We enjoyed a low key Easter brunch. The service was prompt, the food delicious and the atmosphere relaxed.

Great service! Service & mimosa flight were the best part. The food was just alright. I ordered the fried pickles to start, however they were way too salty to enjoy. Ordered the hot chicken & waffle with macaroni and cheese. The waffle was good, chicken was a little too breaded for my liking, and the macaroni was very bland. Wouldn’t order any of those things again, but I would visit again to try something new.

The sweet potato pancakes were so good. The fried chicken was crispy and juicy, very well seasoned. The grits were okay, and so the biscuits ( they were a bit dense & salty). Overall it’s a decent place to dine.
