   Terrible experience! Lots of items not available and the service was terrible and the food we ended up getting was either disgusting or not what we ordered! We won’t be going back

   Very nice! Got there 20 minutes early, parking not so great, waited until exactly our reservation to be seated. The place was packed. Our hostess was nice, friendly. The server was a bit shy, not overly welcoming but nice just the same. Not a long wait for the food. Great conversation with husband so didn’t notice the time. The atmosphere was lively, a bit loud for my taste but i loved the decorations. When you first walk in there is a honeycomb light fixture above your head with dripping honey. I thought that was eclectic. The food was amazing. Very southern style. My suggestions; I would like some soft music playing overhead or maybe even live. Just something to drown out everyone’s conversation. I will definitely be returning

   The best Fried Pickles so despite wintery mix storm we made our way to our favorite spot for our daughter’s birthday before she headed back to Pittsburgh. Because of weather only a few brave souls were dining. But team a Tupelo handled us with care and excellent service( (as always). Yet again, we highly recommend Tupelo Honey… Excellent food as well as excellent drink options both with and without alcohol. Ambience is nice. Service is top notch and cost is reasonable.

    We had a reservation that they completely ignored. We still had to wait 15 min for our table and the placed us in front of their front door so we had to eat with people waiting for tables standing at the end of ours. The visit was for my birthday which was mentioned on the reservation and no one said a thing. Then we had to wait for about 20min after we had a box dropped off for our food just to ask for the check. The food was good but not worth the service.
