   I booked this restaurant for New Year’s Eve, 6 weeks in advance for my husband and myself. When we arrived at 8.20 for a 8.30 booking it was super busy. A member of staff asked if we had booked.. because they were very busy 🤔 of course we booked its New Years eve, we weren’t just chancing our luck! We expected to wait at the bar but apparently this isn’t possible so were left to the side of the front desk. When the guy came back he said he found a table… like we should be grateful? My husband asked if we could have the little booth by the door that was being cleared but was told it was for a minimum of 3 people! Seeing as 8.30 was the latest booking that night, I’m not sure how many people were turning up abut hey ho! We were allocated a table squashed between two big groups which felt a bit awkward and it’s difficult to talk to each other! We ordered the £67 sharing platter for two. The complimentary salad was ok, the Cazik was horrible. Out of a tub and was mayonnaise (yuck) should be yogurt! The sharing platter arrived and all I can say its quantity over quality! Some meat seemed cooked fresh like the cubes of chicken and lamb, the rest tasted processed and from the freezer! Sorry nowhere near as good as most Turkish restaurants in medway and we have probably tried most! So overall £67 was way too much for the quality and being treated like two ‘walk ins’ didn’t help!

   Food was nice but service poor, waited 1.5 hours for food and not asked if we want any more drinks the whole night. Felt like our table was forgotten about.

   We attended Turkuaz this evening as a party of 6, the food was incredible along with the service. Extremely well priced and will 100% be visiting again!

   We have been to this restaurant a few times and have always loved the food. The staff are amazing - so friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Have recommended to a few people who have also loved it. Highly recommend Turquaz.

   Absolutely unreal a forever favorite now portions are unreal food outstanding and staff can't do enough for you

   We booked for Christmas Day slightly apprehensive as to how the atmosphere would be as we wasn’t sure how many people would book for a alternative lunch. We had the best time here. It was busy but service spot on as always. Nice Christmas music playing. Food was amazing as always and we wasn’t ripped off with inflated prices. We would definitely do this again! Thank you Turkuaz for making our Christmas one to remember

    The food was amazing and there was so much of it we ended up taking some home with us. The staff were attentive but not in your face. Will definitely be going back there soon.
