   From the moment you walk into this beautiful restaurant you feel so welcome. Every single staff member was so friendly and helpful. Our staff of servers were all top-notch and knowledgable about all the food. Truly wonderful dining experience.

   Food, service, ambiance, and overall experience was amazing. You forget that you’re inside a mall, and they make special occasions special. No need to recommend dishes because they’re all fantastic.

   It was too loud and not kid friendly. The food was amazing. Being in a mall reminded me of being at PF Changs. Change location and might have been a totally different experience:).

   Absolutely exceptional! Both the service and the food were genuinely impressive. This marks my third visit in just a month, and I can confidently say that Twin Tails has truly become a gem in my dining restaurant. The dorade sashimi was fantastic, and the escargot never disappoints. Tonight, the cho lon duck was the standout dish for me. The staff were attentive and friendly, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. Thank you Jaree and Her server support. I don’t know her name. she was very nice and polite. I can't wait to come back again. I highly recommend it to anyone.

   service is good but food is overpriced and this is definitely for tourists who don't know the real inside restaurants in Manhattan. hint (it inside a famous shopping mall that attracts thousands of tourists that said it all)

   Overall great vibes and cool space. Huge menu with so much to choose from. The raw fluke and chicken spring rolls were great apps. The shaking beef entree was decent. Unfortuntately the shrimp in our our tiger prawn pad Thai were overcooked and when we alerted the waiter he brought it back to the kitchen only for them to take off the sticks, not recook new shrimp. Should have been replaced or taken off bill. Bamboo sticky rice was not good. Chon Lon Duck was incredible. Grilled gai lan (broccoli) was delicious.

    Amazing experience and great ambience only that the tables were abit too close to each other. But food was great and had great recommendations from Chloe, who took such great care of us and was so lovely. Everything on the menu sounded good so would recommend coming with a bigger group so that you can try more items! We loved the glass noodles, spring rolls, chicken satay and of course the pistachio pandan soufflé.
