The award-winning Uchi, which translated from Japanese means “home,” was first opened in Austin, Texas by James Beard Award winner Chef Tyson Cole. Since then, Cole’s signature non-traditional take on Japanese cuisine has been warmly received by visitors from across the country and around the globe. Reservations are encouraged and can be booked online up to 1 month in advance. Walk-in bar seating is available and is subject to wait times. Patio seating is weather permitting and may be rescheduled in the event of inclement weather. We look forward to serving you, Kanpai!

We went for our anniversary and got the Happy Hour Omakase and everything was unbelievable. The value for the price is unmatched. Our server, I believe his name was henry(?) was incredible and made our experience so wonderful

I have now eaten here 3 times and my experience has been similar each time. The descriptions are exciting but the taste is only fair. The portions are small and it is quite expensive. There are many better Japanese options in the Denver area.

Uchi became probably my favorite restaurant in Denver! Fresh seafood!! Absolutely everything that came out of that kitchen was perfection.! Will definitely be back and highly recommend!

Everything was wonderful about the dinner except it was quite loud after our 615 reservation. It was difficult to hear my friend sitting next to me.

The menu can be a bit intimidating as a first-time diner, but the wait staff is amazing at explaining flavor profiles and recommending dishes that will blow your mind! I did not have a single bad bite here. I can genuinely say this is genuinely the best sushi experience I’ve personally had. Super fresh, well seasoned, all while still letting the natural flavor of the fish shine! Will definitely be back to Uchi.
