   Great food and setting. Service was disappointing- especially considering the prices. We sat at least 15 minutes before our server stopped by our table. Food came fast - so fast that we received appetizers before our wine which we were pairing to the food. Servers are kind and friendly but clearly stretched too thin. I’ve found service at most Denver restaurants to be lacking lately.

   The food was delicious and the ambiance perfect. The only disappointment was the serving on the drinks. We had mimosas and they were pretty expensive for mimosa’s and we got so little. Bloody Mary’s were the same. Everything else was great. If you like Spanish food and want to pass on drinks then it’s a great place.

   We enjoyed a lovely warm Spring evening sitting outside at Union Station in Denver. Attentive service, great rum cocktail, and exceptional cuisine make Ultreia one of our favorites.

   My husband and I had a fabulous dinner at Ultreia this weekend. It was hard to choose among all the tapas, but we enjoyed the bacon wrapped dates (divine), a delicious green salad, and the pan con tomate (toasted bread with tomato and olive oil). Everything was so flavorful it is difficult to describe. My entree was the trout cooked with a paper thin slice of jambon (ham) and my husband had the delicious vegetarian flatbread. Ultreia specializes in gin drinks, and we each ordered the Gin and Tonic with Barhill gin recommended by our waiter which was excellent.We ate outside at Union Station. It was a lovely evening with pleasant surroundings. The service was a bit slow, but it didn't bother us at all since the atmosphere was lovely. We can't wait to return to Ultreia.

   We loved all of the dishes we got at Ultreia! Our waitress was so nice and helped us pick the exact right amount of tapas. Each one was better than the last!

    Lovely experience here. Great food, bit noisy, but it’s a small place so that’s to be expected. Service was excellent.
