   I’ve been to Una many times over the last 15 years and this had to be one of the unfavourable visits. Food quality and taste was not the same. Kale Salad was over dressed and soggy, 4 Maggi pizza was over oiled and did not have the same taste and the gluten free crust has changed yet again. Bring back the old recipe as it was much better. Service was very delayed and clearly could tell understaffed. Our server was lovely when she was around. We got our pizza before the appetizers which seems opposite coursing of food. We had a number of people trying to serve us which added to the choppy experience. Hoping this was a one off experience as it was disappointing meanwhile trying to celebrate an annual tradition.

   It was good but could have been better. Room temperature wine with the explanation that the wine fridge isn’t working isn’t a great first impression. The server did his best but it was really busy and there didn’t seem to be a lot of help for him.

   Sadly was disappointed, it’s been years since the last time I’ve ate here and I remember it being amazing. Unfortunately it was just meh, especially for the price point. Service was odd and they seemed young and inexperienced.

   Made a reservation for 10:15 (there was even a 10:30 option) and when we arrived doors were closed. We’ve been going to una since at least 2011. We used to consider it a public service as it used to stay open till 1am. I won’t get into the hours as they must have a reason to change it but the 17th location has the worst service of all. The most inconsistent kitchen and server. You seem to be very focused on opening new locations and very little attention to what makes a restaurant. I would at least expect that they would honour the time slots they have open for reservations. Not even that.

   We had a really nice dinner at Una! Would recommend the beef salad and gnocchi Bianca, and the local pizza,and the potted pumpkin cheesecake was delicious!

   It was disappointing to be told when we arrived for our reservation that the table was needed by 7:00. I commented I didn’t realize there was a time limit on reservations and was told that’s the way it is on the Beltline. Restaurants want the business yet treat customers like that? Disappointing and unprofessional in my opinion.
