   Always great food. Steaks are wonderful and seafood amazing. Really great ambience. The live soloist on Sundays really creates a memorable experience! Great service as well.

   We had a fabulous experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was fabulous. The menu had a great selection of dishes, and our meal was phenomenal. We paired it with a wonderful bottle of wine too. A lovely extra touch was a "Happy Birthday" brownie as we were celebrating a special day. All in all, I would not hesitate to recommend Union Grill & Bar. They also went the extra mile in checking on availability of some very cute fish plate, and called me the next day to let me know the outcome of their investigation!

   Our Union Grill meal was a delightful event. The seating was outdoors with a view of the bay and covered so not windy. There was jazz playing in the background. The owner came to our table several times to check in with us. The ceviche which I ordered was the best I have ever eaten, and has apparently won awards for the chef. There were 4 of us and we all loved our meals. Given my gluten and dairy intolerance, I was given many options - which was quite wonderful. If I lived on the Cayman Islands, I would be a frequent diner at Union Grill

   This is the second time I’ve eaten here. Was with a group of 4 adults last night and everyone of us had fabulous meals. Two of us had snapper with the mussels and gnocchi - big piece of fish and tasty sauce, one had the chicken Marsala and said it is the best Marsala he’s ever eaten, and another had the grilled lobster tails. We started with grilled octopus, pear and Gorgonzola and Caesar salads - each fabulous with awesome cocktails. One of the best restaurants on island - just super! Tonya and her team run a fabulous restaurant.

   A Stellar Experience with Exceptional Service from Mona at Union Grill & Bar😊 Last Friday night, Jessica and I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Union Grill & Bar, and what truly elevated our experience was the outstanding service we received from Mona. From the moment we were seated, Mona’s warm smile and attentive presence made us feel genuinely welcome and valued. She carried herself with such grace and professionalism, effortlessly balancing friendliness and efficiency. Every recommendation she made was spot on, showcasing her deep knowledge of the menu and her desire to ensure we had the best dining experience possible. Mona paid attention to every detail — from making sure our drinks were always refreshed to checking in just the right amount without ever feeling intrusive. She created an atmosphere of ease and joy, allowing us to fully enjoy our evening. It’s rare to encounter someone who goes above and beyond with such authenticity, but Mona truly did. Union Grill & Bar is lucky to have her, and so were we. If you’re dining there, I hope you have the pleasure of being served by Mona — she’s a gem, and she made our night unforgettable.    If you’re in grand cayman you have to try this restaurant! Wait staff are knowledgeable, very helpful, the owner is very friendly and came to our table several times to check on us. Food is superb, ambiance is tranquil and very well done. I love how they decorated, it had such an upscale- homey feeling. You’ll have to see for yourself what I mean. You won’t be disappointed.
