   My app arrived 10 minutes after everyone else's in our party of 6. No carmelization on them and the bacon was flaccid. My filet when it arrived (we had a long wait for our food) was slightly overcooked. Still edible but medium vs midrare. Everyone in our party said their meat was cooked beyond what they ordered. Ironic after a long wait. Our server was very pleasant and apologetic. Minced garlic all over my plate, and I don't care for it. Not disclosed on the menu, or I'd have requested no garlic. Overall not impressed with the food.

   We went to Urban Angus Steak and Wine to celebrate a variety of recent events while my parents were visiting from out of town (birthdays, competitions and promotions). We went for an early dinner to get in while the restaurant was more quiet and we had a great experience. The food was very good and the service was friendly and attentive. The wine menu was out of date due to the current issue with supply and they accommodated us by bringing a selection to the table for us to choose from. My parents really enjoyed their meals. We would all recommend the steak house for celebrating special events.

   As always our evening was perfect. Good wine selection - impeccable service - delicious meal - beautiful steak cooked exactly how we order it - all with the perfect ambience- this is our favorite go to and never disappoints

   Had a really solid dinner at Urban Angus Steak & Wine. We started with the Caesar salad, which was fresh and well put together, then both went for the 10 oz locally sourced Striploin—it was cooked exactly how we asked and had great flavour. The loaded baked potato hit all the right notes, and we added a side of mashed potatoes that tasted homemade in the best way—creamy and comforting. I tried one of their spring cocktails and then an Angus Mule, both well made. The service from Courtney and Olivia was excellent—friendly, attentive, and they made the whole experience feel easy and relaxed. The space itself has a nice vibe, warm, and inviting.Would definitely go back. I hope to check out the Angus Lounge next time on a night they have live music.

   As always, the service is above and beyond - they always accommodate us with special requirements for seating. Offered some very good recommendations for wine as they are supporting not buying US products and had some very good choices - some new. They always remember exactly how we like our coffee etc…. The music and ambience is wonderful- this is our favorite date night place.

   First choice was not available but 2nd choice (Maple chicken) was very good. However, roasted potatoes were not roasted but cut up, skin on baked.! Not so good. Dessert I had hoped for was also not available that evening. All in all a bit of a bust

    We were greeted warmly. The food was exceptional. Hana, our server was attentive. The portions were quite generous. It was certainly a very enjoyable evening.
