   My visit to Vacca Steakhouse was nothing short of extraordinary. From start to finish, it was a celebration of exceptional food, impeccable service, and an atmosphere that radiated warmth and sophistication. The star of the evening was undoubtedly the petite filet I ordered, cooked to a perfect medium rare. Every bite was bursting with flavor—tender, juicy, and expertly seasoned. It was evident that the chefs take immense pride in their craft, creating a dish that left a lasting impression. The service was just as remarkable as the food. Despite my late arrival, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me and my party. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor made us feel truly valued. Every request was met with genuine care, which elevated the overall experience. To complement my meal, I enjoyed a Manhattan cocktail that was, quite frankly, one of the best I’ve ever had. The balance of flavors was impeccable, and it was crafted with precision and attention to detail. Vacca Steakhouse has set the bar high for exceptional dining. With flavorful cuisine, outstanding service, and an inviting ambiance, it’s a restaurant I would recommend to anyone looking for a truly memorable experience. I can’t wait to return!

   Vacca is a GREAT place for steaks and service. Last night was Kathy's 80 birthday and she received a bouquet of roses from our waiter - a BIG thank you, Ronald & Kathy

   Service was wonderful. The crab cakes were outstanding. My husband ordered the rib eye to be cooked medium. I ordered the 8-oz filet to be cooked medium+. My filet came out rare and had to be sent back to cook. My husbands rib eye was over cooked for him but it was medium+ like I wanted. I think they mixed up on how to cook each steak. The Lyonnaise potatoes were delicious.

   Julianna was the best server. Recommended delicious dishes and was always there whenever we needed anything. Would always ask for her as our server.

   We went to celebrate my sons 30th birthday and it was a very pleasant experience. The food was delicious and the service was amazing l! Thank you for an enjoyable evening!

   Service was amazing but the quality of steak cut and flavor is average. Great steak but for the money there are a lot of other steakhouse that offer higher quality steak and experience for the same price.

    20 stars! I felt soooo VIP. Everyone was so polite, the service was beyond impeccable, and the food was delicious. We are definitely regulars now!
