   Overpriced, entrees where good, drinks where good, main courses where not as good as other steak houses in Montreal. There are better places. Parking has no valet, other places do have valets.basically if you’re looking for a great main course this is not the place. The staff was very good.

   C'était très bon. Très tranquille mais c'était un dimanche soir. Excellent service. La seule chose qu'on a moins aimé était les patates dauphinoises.

   Beautiful restaurant. Great service. Prime rib and rib steak was delicious. We found the octopus tasty but looked like it was more boiled than grilled. We also found the lamb chops a little undercooked to our taste.

   We frequently visit Montreal and Vargas is one of our favourites! We decided to dine in the bar area and the hostess was so kind and gave us the best table! The bartender served us and was so friendly! We went with sushi plates this time and like always so fresh and delicious! My recommendation is order the sushi sandwich for an app! It’s the best! The flavours and texture are truly amazing!! We have been to Vargas for the past 19 years and each time gets better and better! We always look forward to coming back here! Trust me you won’t be disappointed in this restaurant! Great place for date night! It’s a hot spot forsure!! See you soon Vargas❤️

   Food was not good too expensive and not worth it i regret going there! Service was okay staff was nice and accommodating. But not worth it whats so ever!

   We celebrated Valentines Day dinner at Vargas. Food was great, ambiance was great and they added a special touch by giving the ladies who were in attendance that night a red rose. Definitely will return again and would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

   Beautiful restaurant! I had an amazing experience. Everything we ordered was delicious & plated beautifully. Service was top tier! Would highly recommend & will definitely make a stop here once I come back to Montreal!

    I have always have business Lunch Dinner at Vargas, this time we were sitting for 45 mins waiting for our drinks never showed up, waitress came we ordered prime Rib 10 mins later she came saying they ran out of Prime Rib "7:00 pm on Wednesday" we finally decided to leave still we didn't get our drinks. I really like the place but felt embarrassed bringing guests to that place for dinner
