   Danny was our server and she did a fabulous job!! Vasili's chips for appetizer was GREAT!! Dinner choices: Lamp Shank- LOVED this! would definitely order again. Chicken - LOVED this....would definitely order again! Lavraki - sea bass. The flavor on the sea bass was GREAT! The skin was charred and the tail was still attached. I had to move the skin to get to the meat of the fish. I would have preferred to just have the meat of the fish. Still good....just not my preference with the skin. And, I loved the tomatoes that came with this dish and would they would add at least 15 more....so I could have had one with every bite of fish.

   This was our first visit to Vasilis which is a Mediterranean Restaurant in Naperville. IL. We had a reservation and called to see if we could be seated early. They told us to come over and they would accommodate us when possible. We were seated upon arrival, 30 minutes before our reservation. Excellent. I ordered a Zero Proof Mis-Key Sour (lyre American malt, lemon juice, apple and falernum syrup) which was very similar to a Whiskey sour. Nice job on that. For appetizers we ordered Saganaki (fried kefalograviera cheese, lemon, oregano and added Wood Fired Pita. It was flamed tableside. A great show. For our main Course we ordered Gyros (sliced lamb & beef gyros, tomato, onion, tzatziki, pita) and Chicken Souvlaki which was served on skewers served with tzatziki, cucumber, and shaved onion. For dessert we ordered Loukoumades which is listed as traditional Greek donuts, honey, walnuts. We enjoyed it all. Would I go back yes. 5/5 stars.

   This is by far our absolute favorite restaurant (even over anything downtown)! Food is outstanding- the mussels are to die for! The bread they serve with the mussels soaked in the sauce is the single best bite of food I’ve ever had and I’m a major foodie who worked in the industry for many many years. We’ve have the same server the past few times we have dined there. Seba not only remembers us but greeted me with a giant hug this past time and was genuinely happy to see and serve us even though we were the last table of the night. Will be back time and time again ❣️

   Lovely meal! Our server, Paloma, was perfection and was very friendly and attentive. The food was incredible, from the saganaki and the pazanella salad through the sea bass and feta brined chicken. The only downside is the noise level and music. But service and food was superb!

   Food and drinks were awesome. Tables were very close to each other so it was hard to talk.

   Made reservations a week in advance, was seated at a table next to door and hosted station. Was very cold because the front door was always open and the host people were rude. Our waitress was great. And one last thing why was Domino’s delivery pizza to the kitchen?

   The food was outstanding!! The lamb chops were cooked to perfection. I got them medium. And they were still so tender! I also ordered the sea bass which was so fresh tasting and delicious. It wasn’t greasy or overly buttery like other restaurants! 100% recommend! Also this was my first time trying the zucchini chips for the appetizer, they were so addicting!! Loved everything!

   I give it 10/10. Only downfall is that the tables of 2 are so close together. So hard to have a conversation without hearing and being heard clearly from next table over.

    This was our second time at Vasili’s, and was such a treat! Our server was so friendly and sweet, food was absolutely delicious and filling, drinks were unique and yummy as well. All wonderful!
