   I took a client there for lunch after being able to make an online reservation only to find the establishment had been closed.

   When we showed up for our 5pm reservation on 7/31/24, the restaurant was completely closed. I tried to call and the phone rang and rang - no answer and no answering machine picked up.

   The restaurant was closed and clearly not planning to open as chairs were on tables and lights off. Tried calling but no one answered the phone.

   There was one bartender, one waitress and one chef for the entire restaurant. Non of this was disclosed at our time of arrival to set expectations. The bartender quit mid way through the shift. Dinner was a 3hour plus event for my employees that were in town for a company event.

   Food was good! Music playing overhead was great! We were the only people in the place for most of the meal. Kinda strange. The bartender was the only waitstaff person, which was odd.

    This place wasn’t open. I scheduled a business dinner which was disrupted. And the open table app wouldn’t let me schedule a new reservation because they wouldn’t let me cancel Vault even though it was closed.
