   The 4 of us loved the casual, open and chic vibe. Hardly anyone there on this Tuesday night so we could take our time. Waiters were friendly and attentive. We took advantage of the fixed price Dine Out selections which was a good value. The food was very good. The beet salad was the best I've ever had! Clam chowder was very good, brothy not creamy type. The steak, chicken and mushroom entrees were very good but the salmon was a bit fishy. All presented well. Desserts were yummy. The pistachio mousse cake was to die for!

   Vela is a hotel lobby restaurant. We almost left when we arrived for our 9PM reservation. The place was deserted, just couple random people sitting sitting at the bar. No hostess or wait staff just the bartender. We ended up staying and order our drinks and dinner - both arrived quickly (not surprise with nobody else to attend to). The food ended up being really good and priced reasonably for Seaport location. I hope this restaurant survives and becomes more popular.

   This restaurant is AMAZING! The service was excellent and the food was something I’ve never experienced before in my life - Absolutely delicious and left me wanting more, even though I was already full… I’ll be dreaming of the Tuna Crudo, Brazilian Moqueca and hand crafted cocktails… I look forward to our next visit to the Seaport and will definitely be back. Kudos to your F&B team!

   Wonderful experience. Food was excellent. We had clam chowder and gnocchi. The bar tender helped us with drinks and our food. She was very polite, social, and accommodating of a few irregular requests. The food service was very fast compared to prior experiences at similar restaurants.

   This restaurant was just ok. My husband and I made reservations through this app, but didn’t need to. There were really only people at the bar (it was a Thursday night). So no one was at the stand and the poor bartender was taking care of everyone in the place (she did a great job!). We started with the beef carpaccio, which had so much vinaigrette on it that you couldn’t taste the beef. My husband said his smash burger was good, but the steak in my steak frites wasn’t great. It was very very chewy. The desserts were excellent, but they only had 2 available. Overall, we found it overpriced and wouldn’t eat there again.

   We were the only party but were there a while before being served. Some dishes were good but one was poor.

    The food was excellent. We were a little taken aback by the 18% service charge that was automatically applied as we’re not used to that and it was mentioned anywhere (on the menu, for example) until it showed up in the bill.
